Friendly, efficient and helpful
I'm so glad that we put our beloved Brighton flat in the hands of Kathy and her team. They have been more than helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and to the benefit both of us and our tenants. There is a refreshing lack of estate agent speak in favour of a proper partnership and good advice. Paul Bott and Co come very highly recommended.

Highly professional and pleasant Brighton Agency
I engaged Paul Bott and Company to sell my property after a personal recommendation, and was not disappointed. The staff and owners are very professional, and will not engage in some of the practices which can give estate agents a poor reputation. Paul and his staff are charming, and they care about their clients. They go the extra mile, no matter if there are challenges, and they are supportive and honest with their advice and opinions. They know the area very well, and have years of experience and maturity. I would very happily work with them again.

Paul Bott & Company did a excellent job in property management. Property Manager Lily has a positive attitude, quick response for any questions. Excellent communication with landlord to solve any problem. Highly recommend for people looking property in Brighton area. I am happy with them in the past 18months
